Long-term partnership bonus
Earn up to 2% in G&R itself.
G&R offers qualifying owner-operators a path to an ownership interest in G&R Heritage Logistics LLC: up to 0.5% after 6 qualifying months, up to 1% total after 12, and up to 2% total after 24.

The clock starts with the first completed load after a separate participation agreement is signed. Eligibility and qualifying-month rules apply; an application or the 8% service fee alone does not grant equity. Value, distributions and repurchase are not guaranteed.
